How can I contact the store owner?

When will my order ship out?

Processing times for orders can take up to a week. We get your orders shipped out as soon as possible!

Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping to the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland with hopes to expand in the near future! Please keep in mind that customers outside of the US are responsible for all customs and additional shipping fees. 

Can I return or exchange my item?

We accept returns for a full refund within 21 days of the delivery date. If that time period is passed we cannot accept your return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent out and must not be used, worn, or washed and must have tags still attached or we unfortunately cannot accept your return. Please note that buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please email shop@lilgracecreations.com for returns or additional questions.
